Hold the line, please maximum dose of venlafaxine er The bigger problem here, of course, is that the 'compensation culture' that we live in has made it normal for staff being made redundant to expect to get an extra pay off, on the understanding they won't sue the firm for unfair dismissal. The BBC is in many respects no different: the pay offs could well have been 'deals' to avoid costly tribunals and save taxpayers' money in the long run. But we should really question why this is 'normal'; it is precisely this unwritten understanding that makes it a huge risk for firms to take on staff in the first place.
